Toll blending of industrial and engine oils

Your formulation, your brand — blended, tested, packed and shipped by SAYA GRUP. We turn base oils and additive packages into finished lubricants to your specification, without you investing in a blending plant.

What toll blending is

In toll blending the formulation and the brand stay with you. You give us the recipe and the target specification; we take care of raw materials, blending, quality control, packaging and delivery. You pay for the service and the materials — not for a plant, tanks or a laboratory.

How it works

Specification & NDA

We sign a non-disclosure agreement, then agree the formulation, target specification, volumes and packaging.

Raw materials

Base oils (Group I–III) and additive packages — supplied by you or sourced by SAYA GRUP from approved producers.

Trial batch

A trial batch is blended and tested; production starts only after your approval.

Blending

Batch blending with controlled temperature and mixing time until the oil is fully homogeneous.

Quality control

Every batch is tested against the specification and released with its certificate of analysis.

Packaging & delivery

Bulk, IBC, 208 L drums, 20 L pails or 1–5 L bottles under your label, with export documents and delivery.
