Maritime
Shipping carries most of the world’s goods. Salt water, humidity, vibration and extreme temperatures destroy standard equipment — and a failure at sea can put a vessel, its crew and its cargo at risk.
System solutions for maritime use
Marine-grade enclosures
Stainless steel 304/316L and coated aluminium, IP66/IP67, resistant to salt, humidity and UV.
IT racks
Vibration damping and corrosion-resistant finishes for network and server equipment.
Power and backup
Redundant feeds, UPS and generators for navigation, communication, safety and cargo systems.
Climate control
Energy-efficient cooling with special filtration for salt-laden air.
On board and on shore
On board: navigation and communication, fire detection and emergency systems, engine-room controls and passenger comfort. On shore: cranes and conveyors, port administration and data centres, passenger terminals and shipyards. Solutions comply with IEC 60945, IACS E10 and DNV type approval.
